ABOUT THE FLOWERS

1. How can you deliver bouquets for CHF 59.- only?
With the subscription-model, we got rid of the expensive retail-space and waste.

2. How does Bouquet-Box guarantee that the flowers are fresh?
As we buy direct from the auction, you get the flowers delivered directly from the source to Switzerland. And we pack our bouquets in the Bouquet-Box with a special gel for the flowers. This gel is usually only used for Seafreight transportation and holds anti-bacteria and special nutrition for the flowers.

3. How do I keep the flowers fresh?
Because you receive the flowers shortly after they are cut, you do not have to do much. The best is if you skew-cut the flowers and use the nutrition sachet provided in the Bouquet-Box. Use cool water and preferably change the water often.
• Use a very clean vase.
• Put lukewarm water into the vase. Approximately 12 centimeters (+/-5 inches) of water is enough.
• Add the nutrition sachet to the water.
• Using a sharp knife, cut 2 to 3 centimeters (approximately 1 inch) off the stalks, slantwise.
• Remove any leaves that would otherwise get into the water.
• Add fresh water regularly.
• Protect the flowers from direct sunlight and drafts.

ABOUT THE DELIVERY

4. Is delivery-cost included in the sales price of CHF 59.-?
Yes, we are happy to say that the delivery-cost is included (unlike most webshops in Switzerland!).

5. When do you deliver?
We deliver always on Monday and Friday (you choose). To guarantee the best quality, the flowers are selected at the auction in Aalsmeer, Holland and we deliver to your home, office or company anywhere in Switzerland on Monday and Friday before 18:00.

6. Where do you deliver?
Our delivery service covers 95% of Switzerland. If your postal code is with the other 5%, then we will get in contact with you personally to look for a solution.

7. Who delivers the Bouquet-Box?
DPD Express-Service delivers direct to your chosen location. If you are not at home, then DPD will leave the Bouquet-Box at your door or with your neighbours.

8. What if anything goes wrong?
All the bouquets are inspected before they are packed in the Bouquet-Box. Still, if there is anything that you are not happy with, then please give us a call at 078 94 88 955 or info@bouquet-box.ch and we will try to solve any problem that you may have immediately.

ABOUT THE PAYMENT

9. What is included in the price of CHF 59.- per Bouquet?
Everything! The Bouquet, the Bouquet-Box with the special gel, the flower-cutter, the delivery and the taxes.

10. How do I pay?
You can pay with all major credit-cards, Paypal and per invoice. Payments have to be made weekly in advance. Companies are allowed to pay with a monthly invoice.

11. What if I want to stop the subscription temporarily?
You can pause your subscription with a login on your personal page. Simply press the ‘PAUSE’ button on your personal page and we will confirm via email. If you did not receive an e-mail confirmation within 1 hour, then write us an email and we will take care of this for you.
